Coaching
We offer a 10-week coaching package focussed on building capacity, managing change and developing leadership skills for resilience within your own working environment.
Who is this package aimed at?
This service is tailored to both entrepreneurs who are growing and scaling their business and middle leaders of established organisations looking to develop their entrepreneurial skills in an environment of change – across the public, private or third sectors.
What does it consist of?
We offer 10, 1-hour sessions delivered over a 3-month period. These are in-person sessions that can be delivered in London or on request across the UK. NB. virtual packages can also be made available at a discount.
What will it cost?
Prices range from £999 to £2,499 depending on your circumstance.
Change Management Consultancy
We work within established and growing businesses through periods of constant development and change. The focus here is ‘Transition’ and we look at key topics from Strategy to Governance; Fundraising to Finance; Structure to Staffing. All with a focus on maximising Impacts across the business – both commercial and social.
This consultancy is available on a flexible day rate model tailored to the client’s stage of development and sector. These typically vary between £350 and £600 per day.
Leadership Development
We work with corporate partners to develop and grow their Leadership capacity, both in theory and practice. Our focus is on topics such as: 21st Century Skillsets, Diversity & Inclusion, Social Intrapreneurship and the Language of Culture Change.
We deliver bespoke experiential learning programmes for junior staff, middle management and senior leaders and have to date worked with a range of clients, including: HSBC, BUPA and Sage.
