Meet the Founder

Peter Ptashko FRSA

A seasoned social entrepreneur, consultant, and lecturer, Peter Ptashko FRSA brings almost 20 years of experience in fostering social enterprise and driving impactful, sustainable change across public and private sectors globally. He is a strategic leader, he combines a rich background in entrepreneurship, funding and advisory.

Following this, he served as Director of the Global Social Entrepreneurship Network (GSEN), where he led a coalition of 60 member organisations (both incubators and accelerators) spanning over 70 countries. Under his leadership, the network’s voice and capacity to drive meaningful change were significantly amplified – in particular across Central and Eastern Europe, enabling greater support for social entrepreneurs worldwide. Before this, he was based in their Mexico City office, with a focus on Impact Investment across Latin America. 

Beyond his professional work, Peter serves in various leadership and board-level roles, further showcasing his commitment to social and environmental progress. He was born in Nottingham but now lives in London with his partner, travelling nationally and internationally, having worked in and visited over 60 countries around the world. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts (FRSA) and has a range of interests across education, politics, economics, sport, music & performance. He is passionate about mental health, human rights, LGBTQ+ communities and Ukraine – where half his family is based.
