Founder and CEO
Peter Ptashko FRSA is a social entrepreneur, changemaker, and trusted advisor to purpose-driven leaders and organisations worldwide. As Founder and CEO of Cambio, he leads the mission to make sustainability simpler and social change more accessible, working alongside social enterprises, universities, and corporates to embed sustainability, leadership, and social impact into their DNA. With over 15 years of global experience, Peter has supported nearly 300 social entrepreneurs and impact ventures across 60+ countries. He launched his first social venture at university, raising £25,000 in seven hours, and went on to hold senior leadership roles at UnLtd, where he helped secure nearly £10 million to support youth and university-led ventures, and as Director of the Global Social Entrepreneurship Network (GSEN), leading a network of 60 organisations across 70 countries.
He founded Cambio in 2019 to support social innovators and change leaders, and today leads work spanning leadership coaching, ESG consultancy, and capacity-building programmes for partners like CGI and leading universities, including UCL, Warwick, Imperial, Leeds, and Kingston. A Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts (FRSA), Peter also lectures on social entrepreneurship, impact business, and regenerative leadership.

David Peinturier
Director Of Sustainability
David partners with companies to navigate sustainability with functionality. His focus is simple: purpose, impact, and outcomes. He helps teams turn sustainability principles into practical operations, building confident leaders and empowering people to make purpose-led decisions.
A lifelong entrepreneur, David started his first business at 16 and reached six-figure success by 18. He now runs a UK startup accelerator programme and brings that real-world growth mindset to his work at Cambio. Outside of work, he gives back as a Lead Competitive Swimming Coach at his local Hackney swimming club.
David holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and a Master’s in Innovation from UCL. He’s driven by the belief that meaningful change happens when organisations align values with action, and he’s committed to helping them do exactly that.
Julius Ibrahim
Director of International Delivery & Marketing
Julius is an award-winning social entrepreneur, purpose-led strategist and international speaker, with deep experience across social enterprise, leadership, and innovation. Julius works with mission-driven organisations and impact leaders worldwide to design regenerative business models, drive strategic partnerships, and scale social innovation.
Beyond enterprise leadership, Julius has designed and delivered award-winning accelerator programs, coached hundreds of purpose-driven founders, and supported early-stage ventures to refine their strategy, impact measurement, and stakeholder engagement.
Ben Attle
Director of People & Operations
Ben is a Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship leader with a strong commitment to social change in the UK and internationally.
With over six years of experience in start-up acceleration, Ben has supported leaders across social enterprise, technology, and education.
They are also a certified coach and mentor to entrepreneurs and social innovators in Africa, Asia, and Europe, working recently with organisations such as the United Nations, the World Bank, and LSE.
Outside of work, Ben is passionate about tennis, having started their career as a tennis coach
Mridusmita ‘MG’ Goswami
Learning & Impact Analyst
MG designs and refines Cambio’s educational content to help social entrepreneurs drive meaningful change. Her work spans research, course development, and shaping services to fit the needs of different clients.
She brings strong experience in teaching and course design, having taught civil engineering to undergraduates in India and run an interior design firm focused on sustainable solutions. MG holds an MBA from the University of Exeter and received the Exeter ‘Better World’ Scholarship for her commitment to positive impact.
Rory Kane
Social Media Lead
Rory leads social media at Cambio Consultancy, building purpose-driven digital strategies that grow online presence and deepen audience engagement. His work supports Cambio’s mission to tell stories that drive real social impact.
With a background in content creation, consultancy, and entrepreneurship, Rory specialises in AI-enhanced storytelling, TikTok and LinkedIn growth, and multi-platform campaigns. He’s worked across start-ups, sustainability projects, and global teams, blending creativity, data, and authenticity to help mission-led brands thrive online.
