Peter Ptashko FRSA is a renowned social entrepreneur, changemaker, and trusted advisor to purpose-driven leaders and organisations across the globe. As the Founder of Cambio, Peter is on a mission to make sustainability simpler and social change more accessible, working alongside social enterprises, universities, and corporates to embed sustainability, leadership, and social impact into their DNA.
With over 15 years of global experience, Peter has supported nearly 300 social entrepreneurs and impact ventures across more than 60 countries.
Peter founded Cambio in 2019 in response to the growing demand for globally informed, high-quality support for social innovators and change leaders. Today, Cambio’s work spans leadership coaching, ESG consultancy, and capacity-building programs for partners like CGI and leading universities such as UCL, Warwick, Imperial, and Leeds. He brings a uniquely human-centred, values-led approach to his work, grounded in authenticity, curiosity, and empathy.

A lifelong entrepreneur, David started his first business at just 16 and achieved six-figure success by 18. Today, he manages a thriving accelerator program that supports the growth of UK startups while contributing his expertise to Cambio. Outside of the boardroom, he is deeply committed to his community as a Lead Competitive Swimming Coach at his local Hackney swimming club.
David holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and a Master’s in Innovation from UCL, equipping him with a unique blend of academic insight and hands-on experience. Passionate about entrepreneurship and the art of engaging others, David is driven by the belief that impactful, purpose-led work lies at the heart of personal and professional success. His mission is to inspire organizations to align their values with action, creating meaningful and lasting change.

MG is passionate about fostering social impact and deeply values collaboration, adaptability, and lifelong learning. She brings a wealth of expertise in teaching and course design, developed through her work with both young learners and professionals. Her accomplishments include teaching civil engineering to undergraduate students in India and managing an interior design firm, where she implemented sustainable design solutions tailored to different contexts.
More recently, she earned an MBA from the University of Exeter, where she was awarded the Exeter ‘Better World’ Scholarship in recognition of her dedication to driving positive change. Following her MBA, she helped design an innovative reusable packaging system for large household appliances at DS Smith.
Outside of work, she enjoys exploring local culture and experimenting with creative household projects (often with a cup of freshly blended Assam tea from her homeland!)

An award-winning social entrepreneur and international speaker, Julius brings a rich blend of experience in social enterprise, leadership, and innovation. His journey began at University College London, where he led a team of 70 individuals through Enactus, launching multiple social impact initiatives. Inspired by this work, he founded Second Shot Coffee—a specialty coffee social enterprise that employed and trained individuals affected by homelessness through two coffee shops, events and catering, and e-commerce.
Julius has since become a recognized leader in social impact, serving as Interim Chair of the Enactus UK Alumni Board and as a Non-Executive Director at anti-racism insights, training and coaching collective Spark & Co. At York St John University London, he established the Enterprise and Innovations department, creating and launching an accelerator program, co-working space, and a podcasting studio, amongst other initiatives.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find Julius adding music to a playlist somewhere or watching boxing. Above all, he is passionate about progress dedicated to driving growth and empowering organizations and individuals to reach their full potential.

Sam Bronheim is an experienced leader and strategic thinker, dedicated to driving meaningful change within mission-driven environments. Currently an Associate at Greenwood Place, Sam also lends her expertise in operations management to Cambio Consultancy on a freelance basis.

Prior to joining Greenwood Place, Sam served as President of the University of Manchester Students’ Union, where she chaired over 20 committees, including the Board of Governors, the highest decision-making body. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Zoology from the University of Manchester and has a strong interest in social change, government policy, and enterprise. With a proven track record of empowering individuals and organisations, Sam excels in roles that require strategic leadership, operational optimisation, and collaborative problem-solving.
